The Check In is possible at 2 p.m.

If the room is available earlier, it is of course possible to check in before 2 p.m.

Check out must take place by 11 a.m. at the latest.

Depends on availability you are welcome to use our late check out and use the room and spa area until 6:00 p.m. for a surcharge of € 80,-.

Normally the spa area can be used from check in at 2 p.m..

In general, the spa area can be used until check out at 11 a.m.

The spa area can be used free of charge until 2 p.m.. You are welcome to use the wellness area until 4:00 p.m., subject to availability, a extra fee of €20 per person would apply. For this you can contact the reception during your stay.

Our youngest visitors are happy to have their own Youngstar Waterworld, including a children's pool, a baby pool, slides and various attractions.

Children are also allowed to use the main pool, but we ask that the volume be muted. The sauna area is reserved for guests aged 16 and over.

To ensure that the massage or treatment you wish to enjoy is available, we recommend reserving it in advance at spa@theresort.at or +43 2176 2610 820.

We are happy to provide you with 33 charging stations for electric vehicles directly in our parking deck.

In order to avoid any waiting times when checking out, we ask you to inform us when you make your reservation which vouchers you would like to redeem during your stay and to hand them in at the reception desk when you check in.

Dogs are only permitted on request and subject to availability in selected rooms for a surcharge of € 40 per night. We will be happy to prepare a cosy dog bed and a bowl for your dog. 

Within the hotel area, your four-legged friend is allowed in the Anger, the outdoor areas and the room. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and spa area. We ask for your understanding in this regard.

The so-called Andreasberg is a large natural playground with a show vineyard, which is only 1.5 km away from the hotel.

Our climbing park, which is open from May to October, is also located here. All details can be found here.

The Weingut Scheiblhofer is only 600 meters away from the hotel and can be reached in about 7 to 10 minutes on foot.

A flat rate of € 8,- must be paid for a guided tour and wine tasting at the Scheiblhofer winery.
This flat rate does not apply for purchases of more than €100.
House guests from The Hang Over and The Resort receive a voucher when checking in and can enjoy a free guided tour including a wine tasting.

In addition, there is the possibility to reserve the following things for tasting:

• Snack (prosciutto, hard cheese, olive oil & white bread): € 9,- per person
• Cheese platter (various types of cheese, chutney, nuts & white bread): € 11,- per person
